As Christians we gather simply to the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and have no denominational affiliation (1 Cor. 1:9) Being known only by the scriptural name of brethren (Acts 1:4; 9:30, Matt. 18:20).

We preach Christ, crucified, risen, and glorified, as the one and only Savior for mankind, and proclaim faith in His finished work on the cross as the only title to heaven. We hold fast the fundamentals of the faith and present a sane, sound and undenominational ministry of Christ from the scriptures.

We gather together unto Christ our center, with the Bible as our only authority and guide and the Holy Spirit as our leader and teacher, who divides to every man as He will and directs the gifts Christ has given unto the church. (Psa. 50:5; 1 Cor.12; Eph.4:7-12).

We believe that all who truly accept the gospel are born again (1 Peter 1:23), are sealed with the Holy Spirit (2 Cor. 1:22), and the members of the body of Christ, 1 Cor. 12:13), composed of all born-again believers. “The Church of the living God” (1 Timothy 3:15).

We believe in the Lord’s coming for His body the church, which may occur at any moment ( 1 Thess. 4:13-18). In view of the nearness of His return, we believe that the greatest need in the world today is a return to the word of God through which alone can come a spiritual awakening (Hebrews 4:12)

The Bible

We believe the Bible to be the inspired word of God (2 Tim. 3:16), in which He has revealed Himself to His creatures (Heb. 4:12, 13). It shows us our need of a Savior (Romans 3:23) and presents that Savior to us, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST who on Calvary’s cross made a perfect atonement for our sins (Acts 13:38, 39; 1 John 5:12, 13). Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy.

It contains light to direct you, food to support you and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveler's map, the pilgrim’s staff, the pilot’s compass, the soldier’s sword, and the Christian’s character.

Here, Heaven is opened, and the gates of hell disclosed. CHRIST IS THE GRAND SUBJECT, for our good, it’ design, and the glory of God its end. It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet.

Read it slowly, frequently, prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory and river of pleasure. It is given you in life, will be opened at the judgment, and be remembered forever. It involves the highest responsibility, will reward the greatest labor, and condemn all who trifle with its sacred contents.
